Los Angeles - Online DVD rental service Netflix (NASD: NFLX) on Wednesday
announced a new streaming deal with Nu Image/Millennium Films. Under the terms,
Netflix will offer first-run theatrical films for streaming to its subscribers
during the pay-TV window. The deal includes titles such as "The
Expandables," "John Rambo" and "Black Dahlia."

New York - AOL (NYSE: AOL) on Tuesday announced a partnership with
"The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and Telepictures Productions, which will
see the show's website share promotions, traffic and content with AOL. The AOL
Lifestyle and AOL Entertainment sites will regularly promote EllenTV.com, which
in turn will promote AOL content on a daily basis.

Sony's Crackle Web Video Site Debuts in Canada
Culver City, Calif. - Sony Pictures said on Tuesday that its
Crackle premium online video entertainment network is now available in Canada.
The service is available both from Crackle.com, and via distribution partners
including cable TV provider Rogers, whose Rogers Digital Media will sell
Crackle.com's Canadian ad inventory.

Los Angeles - Police in as many as 14 European countries
launched a coordinated series of raids on suspected file-sharing network
operations on Tuesday, according to published reports. Belgian authorities
reportedly spearheaded an investigation that led to the raids against companies
including Sweden's PRQ -- the new Web host of whistleblower site WikiLeaks
-- but Swedish prosecutor Frederick Ingblad confirmed for the local Expressen.se
that WikiLeaks was not a target of
